In 2010, the public computer center at the Hmong American Partnership (HAP) received 12 new computers, business-class Internet access, new furnishings, and the ability to offer specific computer classes with formal instruction as part of a partnership with the University of Minnesota’s Broadband Access Project (BAP). The computer center at HAP is on the second floor and is open to the public with services aimed at adults.
